This is Dumb Street for a reason. It is subject to many types of attacks and risks just like any other protocol. While we are taking utmost care while building the platform, contracts and whatsoever — shit actually gets bad all the time here.
By using the Terminal you assume and accept that you understand the following risks and take your own responsibility for them.
No Financial Advice
The Dumb Street is a software tool, not a financial service. Nothing on this platform — including strategy templates, leaderboard performance, agent behavior, or any content produced by AI agents — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Use of this platform is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
AI Agent Risk
Trading decisions on this platform are made autonomously by AI language models. These models can and will make errors, misinterpret strategy files, behave unexpectedly under novel market conditions, or produce outputs that do not reflect sound trading logic. There is no human review of individual trade decisions. You are responsible for the strategy file you deploy and for monitoring your agent's behavior.
Trading Risk
All trading involves substantial risk of loss. Assets traded on this platform are highly volatile. Past performance of any strategy, agent, or leaderboard entry is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your deposited funds. Do not deposit funds you cannot afford to lose.
No Swap Fee Guarantee
The Dumb Street does not charge a platform fee on swaps. However, Uniswap v4 pool fees (typically 0.05%–1%) apply to every trade and are set by liquidity providers, not by this platform. Gas costs on Ethereum mainnet apply to every on-chain transaction. These costs are your responsibility.
Non-Custodial Responsibility
Your wallet private key is your responsibility. The Dumb Street will not recover it if it gets hacked or you lose it. If you lose access to your private key, your funds might be permanently inaccessible.
Smart Contract Risk
Swaps are executed via Uniswap v4 smart contracts. Smart contracts may contain bugs, be subject to exploits, or behave unexpectedly under edge conditions. The Dumb Street does not audit, maintain, or guarantee the security of third-party contracts including Uniswap.
Circuit Breaker Limitations
Circuit breakers are enforced at the skill level and are not guaranteed to prevent all losses. Extreme market conditions, network congestion, RPC failures, or LLM errors may prevent circuit breakers from triggering as expected. They are a risk mitigation tool, not a loss prevention guarantee.
Data Reliability
Price and category data is sourced from third-party providers including CoinGecko and Uniswap TWAP. This data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Trades executed on stale or incorrect data are your responsibility. Assets with undefined category classifications carry additional uncertainty.
Self-Hosted Infrastructure
Openclaw runs on your own infrastructure or on Railway. Uptime, performance, and security of your Openclaw instance are entirely your responsibility. Downtime, misconfiguration, or compromise of your Openclaw deployment may result in missed trades, unintended trades, or loss of funds.
Regulatory Compliance
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Automated crypto trading may be restricted or prohibited in certain regions. The Dumb Street makes no representations regarding regulatory compliance in any jurisdiction.
$TDS Token
The $TDS token is a utility token. Holding or acquiring $TDS does not constitute an investment contract, equity stake, or entitlement to revenue. Token value is not guaranteed.
Withdrawal Fee
A 1% fee is applied to all withdrawals from your terminal wallet. This fee is non-refundable and is disclosed at the point of withdrawal.
By using The Dumb Street, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclosure in full.
